Processing Times
- Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Made-to-order items are handcrafted especially for you and may take up to 2 weeks to complete before dispatch. Please check the individual product listing for estimated processing times.
Shipping
- Orders are sent using tracked postal services where available.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where applicable).
International Orders
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges imposed by their country.
